Kate Tolsma, LCSW
Kate has been working with children, adolescents, and adults for the past 13 years and joined the Center in 2014. She received her MSW from Walla Walla college in 2001 and has focused much of her clinical work on the treatment of trauma and post traumatic stress disorders, as well as the treatment of addiction. Kate has over 10 years of experience in the clinical application of attachment theory in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and has developed multiple therapeutic parent-child programs for families in reunification processes, and for children preparing to be adopted. More recently Kate has been training in Jungian psychology and social group work, and has a particular interest in it’s role in the psychotherapy process .
