Services

Individual Psychotherapy

The relationship between an individual and his or her therapist is the heart of Transpersonal Therapy. All of our therapists offer individual psychotherapy; their different areas of expertise span all age groups and concerns.

Couple and Family Psychotherapy

Our therapists have specialized training in working with couples and families. We understand the vulnerabilities and issues inherent in being part of a couple and the dynamics of the many forms of “family.”

Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy

We have extensive experience in working with children, adolescents and their families. Our professionals use many diverse and creative methods to help create a safe, trusting relationship that fosters therapeutic growth.

Addictions Psychotherapy

Many of our therapists have specialized training in the treatment of addictions. We offer individual and group treatment options to ensure our clients find the best fit for their recovery process.

Trauma Psychotherapy

All of our therapists have worked with clients who have experienced trauma, including veterans, victims of violence or sexual trauma and other survivors. We integrate several disciplines in the treatment of trauma to help heal the whole person.

Eating Disorders Psychotherapy

The process of treating eating disorders includes assessment, intensive counseling and nutrition and medical referral. Our therapists help clients address body image issues, which may also include bodywork and a client’s relationship to movement and exercise.
